Ein Keshatot spring

as a national heritage site in 2018, and a visitors’ center was carved directly into the mountain. The hour-and-a-half visit of the site begins with a short informative video (available in five languages) before taking a tour of the site itself. The tour path is circular and extends 800 meters. For those visiting without a tour guide, audio guides are available in Hebrew and English. The visit’s main focus is the central synagogue built in the 6 th century CE and later destroyed, along with the entire village, in a terrible earthquake that occurred in the 8 th century CE. The synagogue was reconstructed using its original stones with the help of cutting-edge technologies, and it is home to the best-kept and most ornate Torah ark yet to have been found in Israel. Another impressive stop is the beautiful archway above the nearby natural springs. Open seven days a week, the Ein Keshatot site offers a fascinating look back in time, with many guided tours and family-orientated activities available. Events such as weddings and bar mitzvahs can be organized here as well. The site is fully accessible. einkeshatot.org.il, @ein_keshatot The Odem Mountain Winery Wine tastings and gorgeous views The Odem Mountain Winery is
