series, created as a tribute to owner Michael and featuring his portrait on the bottle, is considered the winery’s flagship series. A smorgasbord of locally-produced cheeses, breads, and spreads is served alongside the wine to complete the experience. harodem.co.il, @odem_mountain_winery A culinary experience with Liraz Cohen Cooking classes in Neve Ativ Chef and farmer Liraz Cohen moved to Moshav Neve Ativ two years ago with her husband Idan and their three sons and began growing cherry tomatoes in her own greenhouses, which she now sells locally. She also leads cooking workshops in a studio she rents near her home, where she teaches Italian cuisine. Workshop participants get to prepare a full meal that includes pasta, pizza, salads, and more, using the vegetables and fresh herbs Liraz grows in her yard - and the tomatoes are picked straight from the greenhouse. Cohen inherited her love of Italian cuisine from her grandmother and her husband’s mother, who are originally from Milan. The workshops are suitable for groups, adults, and children from the age of 5 (accompanied by a parent).

Private workshops are also available upon prior arrangement. @liraz.kitchen Sashada Café, restaurant, and wine bar in Neve Ativ Café and restaurant Sashada is

located right in the heart of Neve Ativ. Owned and managed by couple Sasha and Ada (hence the name), Sashada opened its doors only very recently, but it is impossible not to be inspired by the couple’s passion and enthusiasm. The design is modern and meticulous, with eclectic furniture, a charming mural of the Golan landscapes, and lots of lush greenery - and the entire space radiates warmth and modernity. The menu was created in tandem with chef Elie Sasson, and includes rich breakfast dishes, fresh fish dishes, local cheeses, pastas and salads, and the wine list is replete with excellent options. In the future, the couple plans to stay open in the evenings and host cultural events. Open Sun-Wed 9am-4pm, Thu 9am-10pm, Sat. 9am-5pm @s_a_s_h_a_d_a
