At the same time, welfare teams have worked on formulating tailored professional guidelines together with the Haruv Institute, so that we can accommodate additional captives upon their return to Israel. These guidelines were designed with great sensitivity, drawing from the few existing examples worldwide and from lessons learned from previous captives returning to Israel. The guidelines are intended for professionals and for you, the families, in an effort to assist you in supporting your loved ones during their long rehabilitation journey after returning from captivity. The guidelines include interim reports that we - the ministry professionals - will produce, to enhance and refine the solutions for the continued rehabilitation of your loved ones. The Ministry of Welfare and Social Affairs has expanded its services and allocated the resources necessary to address any emotional or social need that arises, while learning from you about the needs and challenges you are facing. We are available for you around the clock, and you can contact the ministry via the coordinating social worker or the director of the social services department in your local authority. We are here for you and will continue to accompany and assist you in every way needed. With wishes and prayers for the swift return of all the captives.
