National Insurance Institute Rights An amendment to the Payments for Released Captives Law was approved by the Knesset on June 6, 2024. The amendment was a joint initiative of the Administration, the Ministry of Defense, the NII and was supported by the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Finance. The amendment facilitated the payments and eligibilities detailed in this chapter.
