Funding of the trip will include:

■ Flights to destination in economy class ■ Accommodation according to no. of nights approved ■ Travel insurance for the official delegation days

■ Living expenses (meals, transportation, and small stay groups). The living expenses funding is calculated per day according to the tariff stipulated in the Treasury regulations for each destination. The funding of living expenses is made with a digital wallet of C.A.L via an SMS message to the telephone number supplied to the Administration. Please note that funding is provided to both residents and non-residents only when participating in delegations outside of Israel. 1. Any changes after ordering the tickets or hotel, if these can be made, will be at the traveler's expense. 2. Requests to combine a private trip with an official delegation must be submitted with the original request. Note that accommodation and living expenses during the private trip will be at the traveler's expense. 3. If the private and official trips run consecutively, the traveler must purchase travel insurance for the entire duration of the traveler's stay overseas (both the official and the private trips), as the insurance cannot be split.
