Deferring payments on business loans:
The eligible population may defer repayments as detailed below: ■ Loans from credit card Companies - businesses with an annual clearing revenue of up to 2 million NIS are entitled to defer payments for three months on accumulated loans of up to 300,000 NIS. ■ Loans from banks - businesses with an annual turnover of up to 25 million NIS are entitled to defer payments for a period of three months on accumulated loans of up to 2 million NIS. ■ Households - the exemption will be given to accounts of the eligible population whose account had a negative balance immediately prior to publication of the settlement. The exemption from interest will be given for three months on a sum of up to 10,000 NIS. ■ Business accounts - the exemption will be given to businesses with an annual turnover of up to 5 million NIS and whose account had a negative balance immediately prior to publication of the settlement. The exemption from interest will be given for three months on debit balances of up to 30,000 NIS (on condition that this balance does not exceed the approved overdraft facility).
