Chapter 7 Antisemitism and Indoctrination Promoting the Destruction of Israel by the Palestinian Authority (PA)

Monuments and Street Names 14 Alongside statues of maps of “Palestine,” the commemoration of terrorists and martyrs in public places is a widespread phenomenon in the Palestinian Authority through monuments, 126 squares, streets, school names, and more. 127 15 On September 30, 2022, the Nablus Municipality inaugurated a monument in honor of Ibrahim al Nabulsi, one of the founders of the “Lion’s Den” terrorist organization. Al-Nabulsi was responsible for a series of shooting attacks in Judea and Samaria. Municipal representatives and the family of the deceased attended the inauguration ceremony. The names of other individuals who lost their lives are also engraved on the monument.

13 On the occasion of Eid al-Adha (June 2024), district governors laid wreaths on behalf of the PA Chairman, Mahmoud Abbas, at monuments and cemeteries of martyrs: 123
