THE WELCOME CENTER AT BGU INTERNATIONAL IS ACTIVELY ENGAGED IN ENHANCING SERVICES AND SUPPORT FOR OUR DIVERSE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY. Our commitment to fostering global academic exchanges and providing exceptional student experiences is evident through a variety of initiatives and programs. Our internship programs offer opportunities for students year-round, including hosting specific groups during the summer, earning us the prestigious Gold Badge for the quality of care for students from the University of Oxford. Orientation days for all new incoming international students ensure a smooth transition into campus life, while introductions to outgoing student exchange programs open doors to exciting educational opportunities abroad. Informative workshops further prepare students and staff for their exchange experiences. Additionally, our organization and operation of summer programs, complete with activities, trips, and graduation ceremonies, enrich the academic journey for all participants. The Welcome Center at BGU International has been actively engaged in enhancing services and support for our diverse international community. This includes the development and implementation of a new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, specifically tailored for new students embarking on full-degree programs on the Marcus Family Campus. Our recent

relocation to new offices signifies our commitment to providing a welcoming environment for all international students, researchers, and their families. Additionally, we have curated a "Welcome to BGU" kit for international students, facilitating their transition to university life. Our monthly activities calendar features a range of cultural and social events, from drum workshops to holiday celebrations and lectures, designed to enrich the student experience. Our Buddy System Program pairs new international students with Israeli mentors to provide guidance and support throughout their academic journey. BGU International's international marketing efforts are multifaceted and dynamic, aiming to attract top-tier talent from around the globe. Through adept social media management and strategic use of information portals, we ensure that candidates are seamlessly guided through their time to BGU.
