materials, and preparing plans for specific regions such as Latin America or India. We actively participate in or host various events to engage with our target audiences. SPECIAL MEASURES DURING CONFLICT During times of conflict, such as the war that followed the October 7 attack, the Welcome Center remains vigilant in ensuring the safety and well-being of our international students. We maintain regular communication with them to track their whereabouts and address urgent concerns, including providing accommodations for those without access to safe

spaces. Our efforts extended to coordinating with foreign embassies and Israeli authorities, and hosting Zoom meetings to offer support and assistance. For students abroad on exchanges during the conflict, we provided individual guidance and facilitated their return to Israel when feasible. We also organized online social activities and volunteer opportunities to foster a sense of community. Additionally, we assisted students who left the country due to the conflict with logistical matters such as shipping belongings. Through these efforts, we strive to ensure the continued safety and support of all our students during challenging times.
