7.12 SCPI Subsystem Commands Subsystem commands are specific to power supply functions. They can be a single command or a group of commands. Groups are comprised of commands that extend one or more levels below the root. Commands followed by a questionmark (?) take only the query form. Except as noted in the syntax descriptions, all other commands take both the command and query form. 7.12.1 Output Subsystem OUTPut This command enables or disables the power supply output. When output is turned off, voltage display shows ” OFF ”.

OUTPut:PON[:STATe] • AUTO - The power supply output will return to its previous value when the latching fault condition is removed or to the stored value after AC recycle. • SAFE - The power supply output will remain Off after the fault condition is removed or after AC recycle.

OUTPut:PROTection:CLEar This command clears the latch that disables the output when an over voltage (OVP), under voltage (UVP), or foldback (FOLD) fault condition is detected. All conditions that generate a fault must be removed before the latch can be cleared. The output is then restored to the state before the fault condition occurred.
