Important: ■ The family members will still be entitled to the payment in the event that the captives are determined to have been murdered and their body has yet to be returned. ■ Family members who have already received payments will not be required to repay it if, during the payment period, the captives are returned / the missing persons are located. ■ Family members of captives and missing persons from events other than October 7, 2023 will also be entitled to the payments. ■ Those recognized as captives will be treated by the NII as victims of hostilities after their release. Monthly Compensation in accordance with The Benefits for Victims of Hostile Acts Law-1970:

■ Partners of captives/missing persons are entitled to a regular monthly payment and to various supplements to that payment. ■ The payment to partners also includes supplements for children of the captives/missing persons until they reach age 21.
