The return of some of the captives moved and uplifted us all. At the National Insurance Institute, we mobilized immediately to provide creative and immediate responses for a population we hadn't previously encountered, and we will continue to offer ongoing close support and assistance to those who have experienced the ordeal of captivity for as long as needed. It is important to note that despite the benefits and rights to which you are entitled from the NII, and which are detailed both here and on our website, we will continue to work tirelessly to promote legislation and to improve our professionalism to enhance the services we provide to you.
