Introduction

Dear families, Alongside the immense difficulty involved in describing in words what you are going through, we are continuing to do everything in our power to refine and improve the solutions provided to you in accordance with your changing personal circumstances. In this booklet, all the rights granted to you by the various government departments, which constitute part of the services and resources available to you during these difficult times. To help you exercise these rights, we invite you to meet the professionals accompanying you on behalf of the Administration and the government departments. It is important to point out that alongside publication of this booklet, legislative proceedings are underway aimed at creating further solutions. The rights described in this booklet are correct as of the date of publication and are periodically updated.
