Professional training and higher education for partners and children of captives/missing persons:

■ Eligible for funding: • Partners

• Children whose parent was captured or missing before the child reached age 21 will be eligible for higher education if they begin their studies before age 30. • Children aged 18 and over both of whose parents are captured or missing.

What does the funding include?

■ Partners and children are eligible for funding of professional training until they complete their professional studies, or to funding of higher education until completing an undergraduate degree. The funding includes tuition fees and an annual grant for books and living expenses. ■ Assistance in funding overseas studies for partners and children - will be granted as part of the conditions and criteria for those studying in Israel. The funding will be given in NIS. Assistance with professional training for parents of captives/missing persons: ■ Parents are eligible for consultation when choosing a profession and assistance in funding tuition, including professional training courses, enrichment courses, academic studies, and learning Hebrew.
