The National Insurance Institute (Bituach Leumi) Health insurance: ■ Partners and parents of captives or missing persons, and children both of whose parents are missing or captives, whose NII premiums are deducted from their salary or from other income, will receive "participation in NII premiums" as part of their monthly benefits. ■ If they have no income, health insurance premiums will be deducted from their monthly benefits, to maintain their health insurance rights.
