Emotional Assistance via the Kupot Cholim:

To provide dedicated assistance during times of emergency, all the kupot cholim provide a therapeutic response of emotional support via three telephone call sessions from licensed professionals. The assistance is provided by professionals and specialists from the ministry's Psychology and Counselling Service (SHEFI).
