In addition to the emotional therapy, assistance can be received for funding alternative medicine treatments.

Ministry of Welfare The Ministry of Welfare provides services via the welfare departments in the local authorities according to needs raised by the families.

General service via a telephone hotline:

■ 118 Hotline - the hotline of the Ministry of Welfare and Social Affairs (calls are free). The hotline is staffed by a social worker. You can also contact the hotline by sending a text message to 050-2270118. The hotline operates 24/7 for 364 days a year (except Yom Kippur).
