Chapter 4 Antisemitism and Indoctrination Promoting the Destruction of Israel in Summer Camps for Students

Delegitimization of Israel 14 In addition to glorifying terrorists - the dead and imprisoned - in the various activities in the camps, children are indoctrinated in a way that denies the State of Israel the right to exist. Here are some notable examples: This is similar to the content taught in schools and textbooks: the “Map of Palestine” from the river to the sea, where the State of Israel does not exist; Israeli cities are presented as Palestinian cities: Haifa, Jaffa, Tiberias, Acre, Ashkelon, Lod, Beit She’an, Safed, Nazareth, Beer Sheva, Jerusalem, Ramle, and the Negev; and the encouragement of the ethos of return. Here are some prominent examples:

15 At the summer camp in Salfit, the children were shown a map labeled “Map of Palestine,” which included the territory of the State of Israel. The map displayed Israel’s borders as “the borders of

the State of Palestine”: “In the north – Lebanon and Syria; in the south – Egypt and the Gulf of Aqaba; in the east – the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and in the west – the Mediterranean Sea.” From a summer camp in Salfit
