G. Antisemitism and Indoctrination Promoting the Destruction of Israel in UNRWA Institutions 43

01 In recent years, numerous studies have shown that the UNRWA educational system promotes anti-Israel indoctrination. The studies showed that the agency's textbooks are filled with content that encourages violence, and the academic staff advocates for terrorism against Jews and the State of Israel. 44 Involvement of UNRWA Employees in the October 7 Events 02 In November 2023, the Institute for Monitoring Peace and Cultural Tolerance in School Education (IMPACT-se) published a study that revealed the direct connection between the content taught in UNRWA school textbooks and the massacres of October 7. The study detailed the profiles of 18 Hamas terrorists who were graduates of UNRWA schools, providing evidence from Hamas’ website that confirmed their deaths following terrorist activities they carried out. Moreover, the study also indicated that, according to Hamas sources, over 100 members of the organization had graduated from the UNRWA education system. 45 Additionally, there were numerous instances of support for the Hamas massacre by UNRWA teaching staff.
