(4) He had waited a long time to become the owner and chief executive officer of his own company.

30. More than 450 years after they were originally created, Shakespeare's plays still delight theatergoers with their richness and imagination.

(1) Now that 450 years have passed since Shakespeare's players were first written, their richness and imagination is apparent to theatergoers everywhere. (2) The 450 years which have passed since the writing of Shakespeare's plays have only increased the delight of theatergoers who find them rich and imaginative. (3) More than 450 years ago, theatergoers first began to experience the delight created by Shakespeare's rich and imaginative plays. (4) The richness and imagination of Shakespeare's plays can still give pleasure to theatergoers, even though they were written more than 450 years ago.
