15 new City Councilors took office. At the first and solemn meeting, the new elected councilors signed a declara tion of allegiance. Southern Harish: about 2,500 new job openings at the first phase! The plot marketing phase of Southern Harish, the large commercial and em ployment neighborhood of Harish, is underway. Residen tial buildings will also be erect ed in the neighborhood, many of them will incorporate a commercial and offices floor. The development works are

scheduled to commence dur ing the upcoming year (Simu lation: Korin Engineering). Works have begun on the construction of the new entrance road of Harish. The road will emerge from HaAchva Boulevard and con nect to Road 473 (south of Sha'ar Menashe). The road construction project includes among others, the construc tion of four bridges, a cycle path along its entire length, wildlife crossings, landscape restoration and more. Ac cording to estimates, the planned completion date for the road-building of Road 611 is expected to be July 2025.
