The “Singing and Remembering” evening marking 7 months since the October 7th mas sacre, led by the sisters Sharon-Li ad Alon and Ortal Azoulay, will be held on Tuesday (May 7th, 2024) at the Cultural and Lei sure Center at 73 Shoham Street. The ceremony will com mence at 20:30. Ticket price: 15 NIS.

Harish Municipality for the es tablishment of a new special education elementary school intended for children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disor der). The school will join a very broad array of special educa tion in Haish, which includes two schools – elementary and high school, special educa tion classes and kindergar tens. According to the planned schedule, the new school will open on September 1st, 2025. All 9th graders in Harish will attend a study day at Goog le’s offices. Harish is one of only three cities in Israel where the “Hello Tech” Pro gram operates in partnership with Google, which includes a weekly course on artificial intelligence. The objective: ex perience the fields of technol ogy and AI. The new municipal library will open on April 30th, 2024! The library is located at 10 Lotem Street (above the kin dergarten complex) and it comprises thousands of new books, a large hall with read ing corners, work and learn ing areas and a complex designed for children’s plays. Everyone is invited to the opening ceremony at 16:30. The Holocaust Martyrs' and Heroes' Remembrance Day ceremony will take place on Sunday (May 5th, 2024) at the

Cultural and Leisure Center at 73 Shoham Street. The cere mony will commence at 19:30. The Memorial Day for Israel's Fallen Soldiers and Victims of Hostile Acts ceremony will take place on Sunday (May 12th, 2024) at the Cultural and Leisure Center at 73 Sho ham Street. The ceremony will commence at 19:45.

Independence Day events in Harish: Amir Dadon, Asi & Yo natan, Aharon Razel, Ella-Lee Lahav, D.J. Razulii, “Super Wings” and a light show. Monday, May 13th, 2024. The main stage will be located in the “Chalom Aleichem” Park, at 20:00. The “observant/religious” stage will be located in the “Moatza” (Council) Park, at 19:30. There will be no fireworks this year.
