Parking in "Blue and White" areas will cost 4 NIS per hour Sunday through Thursday from 08:00 to 19:00, and on Fri days between 08:00 and 13:00. You can pay using the park ing apps "Pango" and "Cello" (previously Cellopark). You can also pay by dialing *4500 (Pango) or *9070 (Cello). The parking fee must be activated from the first minute, but the debiting will only begin after 20 minutes. Enforcement will begin soon; the municipality will announce an exact date.

The community center for se nior citizens will be built in the Horesh neighborhood, and it will be the site of a variety of activities for senior citizens in Harish: the "Community Cafe" project, "Happy Home" activi ties, lectures, workshops, social gatherings and more. The new SEN kindergartens, which were built and planned in advance to provide an appropriate ther apeutic response, are part of a complex of 10 kindergarten classrooms to enable SEN chil dren to be integrated in partici pation of joint activities with the children of the other kindergar tens. The law is intended to regulate the issue of vehicle parking throughout Harish, and it gives themunicipality’s parking war dens enforcement powers over parking violations. It has also been decided that paid park ing be introduced along Derekh Eretz Avenue and in the com mercial areas (in the park ing lots where the curbs are marked in blue and white). Parking at a bus stop: 250 NIS. Double-parking: 250 NIS. Parking in a handicapped parking space: 1,000 NIS. Parking in the "Blue-White" without paying as required: 100 NIS.
