Moshav Tzofar is also home to a beautiful vegetable garden created by Ronit and Moti Elazari, agronomy graduates who grow over 150 types of vegetables, herbs and fruit trees, using organic methods. The couple is passionate about passing on their love of the land to younger generations and asserting the importance of consuming healthy food. Experiential tours of the garden are available to visitors of all ages, on which participants get to enter the garden’s many greenhouses and open-air garden, and learn about the particularities of growing fruit and vegetables in an arid climate. Nof Zuqim: stone cabins and villas with a view The Nof Zuqim resort provides everything you need for a peaceful and quiet desert stay. It offers 12 spacious stone cabins as well as two large villas with a living room and three bedrooms, located uphill.
