Picual | Rishon LeZion Kosher restaurant Picual places local produce at the heart of its philosophy. In a beautifully designed space decorated with motifs of the Israeli landscape, chef Dor Binyamin serves a ten-course tasting meal centered around Picual olive oil, more specifically the one produced by Meshek Achia, a farm in the Shiloh region. The olive oil’s fruity aroma, delicate bitterness, and hint of spiciness, shines through each bite. In an intimate atmosphere, Binyamin invites diners to experience a unique kind of gastronomical journey - one that combines fine dining with personal conversations with the chef about his culinary choices and the special meaning he places in working with

Caprese | Kiriyat Gat

Established by couple Liron and Ben Assor, Kiriyat Gat eatery “Caprese” is a kosher Italian-Mediterranean bistro which has quickly become a veritable foodie magnet. The kitchen is helmed by chef Adi Levy, a graduate of Assaf Granit’s Machneyuda Group. Levy has crafted a menu rich with recreations of Italian classics, all served in a

pleasant and unpretentious bistro atmosphere; the aroma of pizza and focaccia fills the air – like a backdrop for the main courses of fresh fish, vegetables, and fine cheeses. Brunch and light lunches are served all day long, with pasta and colorful cocktails taking center stage in the evening. @caprese_maison
