Food Stop n°2 The Noyland Café

Located in front of the Pardes Hanna Wadi, Noyland is a hub of good food, excellent coffee, Israeli design, and community. Inside a simply, but elegantly designed space, in which original design pieces are on show (and can be purchased), freshly baked cinnamon rolls, savory scones, ricotta buns, croissants, bagels, and more, are served throughout the day, aside fresh specialty coffee sourced and roasted by local roastery “Blooms”. The lunch menu offers an eclectic array of sandwiches, including choucroute and corned beef sandwich, white wine salami in a pretzel bun, baked cauliflower in a wholegrain spelt bun, as well as a selection of fresh salads, such as fattoush freekeh salad with a choice of dressings. On the menu you can also find cocktails, wines and more. Sun-Thu: 8am-8pm, Fri:8am-3pm @noyland.phk

Samaya

Lyra Studio

manager and an accountant, they realized not knowing much Hebrew would mean having to reinvent themselves professionally. So, armed with a shared passion for chocolate, they enrolled in a chocolate making course, and quickly opened their own chocolate boutique soon after, selling handmade truffles and pralines in a myriad of flavors, including raspberry, pistachio, tiramisu, nougat, rum, mango, passion fruit, marzipan, and more. They also sell the famous Dubai chocolate. One of the specificities of Chocolala is that you can find pralines that are dairy and kosher, others that are vegan, and also some that are parve. @chocolala.israel Samaya Boho chic fashion After selling her clothes in markets and festivals across the country for years, Samaya decided to open her own shop in the Artists’ Stables. Here you’ll find skirts, tops, tunics, dresses, pants, etc., all made of cotton and/or linen, with colorful prints and designs, as well as a selection of pieces by Israeli designers, such as swimsuits by Israeli brand Goa Magic, which, according to Samaya, are designed to suit women of every body type and age. Samaya isn’t on social media and

doesn’t have a website – so do make sure you come and experience the shop’s unique vibe for yourself, with its exceptional array of clothes and accessories.

Lyra Studio Ceramic tiles

Painter Liora Gilboa has exhibited her work in galleries in Israel and abroad. Together with her husband Rami Meirov, himself an artist specialized in ceramic tile design and formerly the owner of an Indian art gallery in San Francisco, she owns a ceramic tile workshop here in the Artists’ Stables. The ceramic tile wall by artist Hava Kaufman, as displayed in the Knesset, is what initially got Gilboa into ceramic tile design. Exploring every color, design, and style, their work is inspired by nature and the beauty of animals, and you can even request they paint a portrait of your pet onto one. lyra-art-studio.com ˆ Good to know: On Sundays and Mondays, it’s mainly just the coffee shops that are open. Most activity tends to occur Tue-Thu, from 10am to 6pm (food courts, from 12pm to 9pm/11pm), and on Fridays, from 10am 4pm. On Thursday evenings it turns into a nightlife hub with wine bars, live music venues, etc. On Saturdays and public holidays everything is closed.
