The Thai Underground Eight years ago, chef and owner of the ‘Thai Underground’ restaurant Yoav Zidon, opened a pad thai and banana roti food stall, next door to his restaurant. It was an instant hit, prompting the decision to convert it into a bona fide restaurant, located next to the old Pardes Hanna school of agriculture, where a beautiful garden, in which Zidon grows herbs and vegetables, meets you as you arrive. The menu is rich, with a wide variety of salads, first courses, curries, noodle dishes, soups, and desserts. Open every day except Fridays and Saturdays. thai_underground
