Emek Brasserie “As its name indicates, Emek Brasserie is a brasserie situated in Emek Hefer”, candidly explains Chef Ido Feiner as he points to the crates of local produce waiting to be turned into his delicious signature dishes. This pastoral eatery is located in a commercial center at the crossroads between several small agricultural settlements scattered across the beautiful vast green expanses that render the fruit & veg that Feiner puts to fine use in his kitchen, aside the produce he gets from his wife’s family’s sustainable farm in Be’erotayim. The restaurant’s design is French in inspiration, as is the menu, which includes typical Bistrot fare such as stews and salads, as well as kids’ dishes. @emek.brasserie Menashe, and a collaboration with the "Gina Mezina" project in the edible forest in Kidron yields edible leaves for salad and wild thyme, sumac, and bitter oranges. Mushrooms picked in the Golan Heights, spicy bell peppers from a bush that grows in the restaurant, Israeli vanilla and black caviar from Kibbutz Dan spice up a menu full of rooted Israeli pride and a deep connection to the land. - דוק Dok Dok From the salt and the bread to the meat and the serving utensils - "Dok" restaurant relies entirely on local produce. Chef Assaf Doctor is careful to work only with Israeli farmers and producers, specializes in urban picking and curates small-scale cheeses and exceptional wines. The pasta is made in the restaurant's kitchen from durum, high-gluten wheat from Kibbutz Dalia in Ramat
