New! Amenity kits in Economy Class

It is our continuing goal to enrich our customers flight experience and as such, we will begin to offer amenity kits in Economy Class. The amenity kits are in various colors and include essential flight items, such as: eye mask, dental kit, ear plugs. The kits will be offered starting from mid-September on long haul flights, to destinations such as: New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Miami and others.

US summer camp for siblings and orphans of fallen members of the defense forces in partnership with Yad Labanim

Twenty-one 13-year-olds and their 6 instructors, all siblings or orphans of fallen members of the Israeli Defense Forces, flew back with EL AL from the “Legacy” summer camp organized by Yad Labanim, the IDF and the FIDF. Held in Philadelphia, it involved both fun activities and grief-processing sessions. Helmed by CEO Yuval Lipkin, Yad Labanim is Israel’s representative organization devoted to commemorating the memory of the nation’s fallen soldiers and caring for their families. “We are delighted to be part of this journey as it is such a significant one for these children, who have suffered the greatest loss”, explains Eli Ben-Shem, the organization’s chairman and father of fallen soldier Kobi Ben-Shem.
