Chacoli Spanish inspirations
For years, Tel Aviv’s Dolphinarium complex stood abandoned before finally being torn down. After extensive works, a new recreational area was inaugurated here, with a vast lawn, a water sports center and a new restaurant called Chacoli. Elegantly designed, its beautiful seafront view entices you in to enjoy the flavors of Spain as you gaze into the Mediterranean. The exciting open kitchen adds to the warm, cozy atmosphere, joyfully serving up colorful plates of Spanish-inspired dishes, fresh grilled fish, platters of homemade charcuterie and smoked fish. Fried amuse-bouche, bite-sized tartines, inventive tapas creations, are served in quick succession, delighting the senses, especially if accompanied with a glass of Spanish Txakoli wine. A great place to come and warm your bones on a cold winter’s night. @chacoli_tlv
&Moshik A guest experience like no other
There are gradually more and more Israeli chefs with a Michelin star, but Moshik Roth is the only one working in Israel to have two. His new Tel Aviv venture, &Moshik, is an emulation of his Michelin-starred Amsterdam eatery which he helmed for 11 years until the Covid pandemic hit. It recently opened in a historic building in the Sarona Market area. Fish and dairy based, the menu also offers many vegetarian options, and relies on top-quality ingredients and the most rigorous culinary techniques honed through years of experience. The wine menu is selected from Roth’s extraordinary wine cellar of over 400 labels and is filled with exciting options that pair perfectly with the dishes on the menu. Every detail here is meticulously curated, and every bite is heavenly - the &Moshik guest experience is truly unparalleled in the Israeli culinary landscape. andmoshik.com
