Desert’s Edge Arad

The Desert’s Edge guest lodge, as its name implies, is located at the very edge of the city of Arad and as the desert begins. It’s a charming guest house. Simple and well-kept, attention to detail can be found in every aspect. There are three rooms in total, and a large eco-tent in the internal courtyard that looks out onto the desert, the Dead Sea, and the Jordanian Moabi mountains. The communal showers are open onto the skies, and truthfully, there’s nothing like taking a shower as you look out into the clouds and stars. The tent sleeps up to 12 people. There are mattresses, pillows, sockets, electric fans, etc. The owners offer guided tours in the desert and wonderful food (to non-guests as well), throughout the day.
