No output. All displays and indicators are blank.

Is the AC input voltage within range?

Check input AC voltage. Connect to appropriate voltage source. Check input AC voltage. Connect to appropriate voltage source.

Output is present momentarily but shuts off quickly. The display indicates ” AC ”. Output is present momentarily but shuts off quickly. the display indicates ” OUP ”. Output voltage will not adjust. Front panel CC LED is on. Output voltage will not adjust. Front panel CV LED is on. Output current will not adjust. Front panel CV LED is on.

Does the AC source voltage sag when load is applied?

Is the power supply configured to Remote sense? Is the unit in constant current mode? Check if output voltage is adjusted above OVP setting or below UVL setting. Is the unit in constant voltage mode? Is the power supply in Remote sense? Is the voltage drop on the load wire high?

Check if the positive or negative load wire is loose.

Check current limit setting and load current.

Set OVP or UVL not to limit the output.

Check current limit and voltage settings. 5.2

Check load and sense wire connections for noise and impedance effects. Minimize the drop on the load wires. Turn off the AC power switch. Check load connections. If analog programming is used, check if the OVP is set lower than the output.

Check if air intake or exhaust are blocked. Check if the unit is installed adjacent to heat generating equipment. Check Foldback setting and load current. 5.3.4 5.3.6 Connect the sense wires according to User's Manual instructions. Turn Off the AC power and wait until the display turns off. Turn on the AC power and press front panel REM button. 3.9.8 7.2.6

Display indicates ” Otp ”

Display indicates ” FOLd ” Are sensing wires connected properly? Is the power supply in Local-Lockout mode?

Poor Load regulation Front panel CV LED is on. The front panel controls are nonfunctional.

11.7 Fuse Rating There are no user replaceable fuses in the power supply. Internal fuses are sized for fault protection and if a fusewas opened it will indicate that service is required. Fuse replacement should bemade by qualified technical personnel. Refer to Table 11-2 for a listing of the fuses.
