"Rav-Kav"

■ The Ministry of Transport and Road Safety and the National Public Transport Authority grant families of captives and missing persons an extended monthly pass free of charge. ■ The pass enables free travel on public transport throughout Israel and using all forms of public transport (including Israel Railways). ■ As of preparing this booklet, the benefits has been extended until 30.09.2024 (to be extended periodically). Value of the benefit: 610 NIS per individual. ■ The pass can be topped up online (digitally) on the website and via the smartphone app: *The pass can only be topped up on a "Rav-Kav" card.
