■ An educational guide - the teacher/preschool teacher/counsellor/ principal will serve as an educational guide and will maintain ongoing and continuous contact with the students and their families. ■ Emotional education program - a program will be designed for accompanying students and supporting them together with their parents or the people responsible for the students, and with other relevant parties in the community. Principles in the educational institution's systemic effort to implement long-term student guidance: ■ Safeguarding the privacy of students and their families among the staff and students. ■ The intervention process - the staff of the educational institution, led by the principal, will accompany and guide the students and their families according to their unique and varying needs. ■ Emotional and therapeutic guidance - a counsellor or psychologist from/on behalf of the educational-psychological service will accompany the students and their families as needed. ■ Transfer of students to a different educational institution - the new educational institution and the educational staff will be updated and will assist in receiving the students in accordance with the wishes of the students and their families. ■ Academic, emotional, and social support - will be given in accordance with developmental emphases according to age groups as defined in the Director-General's memo "Accompanying Students Following an Ongoing Crisis".
