Summer camps in Judea & Samaria 1 Every year, summer camps are held for Palestinian children in Judea & Samaria. These camps, sponsored by the Higher Council for Youth and Sports (part of the PLO and headed by Jibril Rajoub 2 ), are attended by approximately 65,000 children. The camps promote the glorification of terrorists, non-recognition of Israel, and calls for the return of Palestinian refugees to their original homes, including those inside Israel.
