Painted in the impressionistic style, this painting conveys a range of feelings. The circle ceases to be a group of joyous men and becomes a being of itself. A holy, uplifting circle of joy, full of gratitude for what God has given and prayer for more good to come. the colors are sombre, perhaps to impress the knowledge that joy is a serious matter in Judaism.
