To use the counter, you must have an ID number and a se cret PIN, which can be issued via the National Insurance Institute website or ordered through the Department of Na tional Insurance's call center. The counter is located inside the Municipality Building close to the main entrance and ope rates during the working hours of the municipality, from Sun day to Thursday between 8:00 and16:30. The “Shvil” project pro vides a solution for people of working age, aged 27 and over, and for parents aged 22 and up, according to the following criteria: people who have been made redundant / have been placed on unpaid leave / peo ple who work part-time and want to increase their income / self-employed individuals and business owners who need bu siness advice. Taking part is free and includes personal and group advice as well as guidance from emplo yment professionals, through workshops, training and cour ses aimed at encouraging and supporting the process of re turning to the workforce. A self-service counter for the Department of National Insurance The municipality has started to run a computerized self-servi ce counter in the Municipality Building. The services provi ded at the self-service coun ter are the issuance of various approvals regarding benefits, insurance contributions, heal th insurance, as well as data summaries regarding unem ployment benefits, insurance and payment collection.
