The Olim (new immigrants) have a develop ing comprehensive system of services at all times in order to help them and their fami lies to undergo an easy and friendly absorp tion. All this from a Zionist perspective of the 21st century and from an understanding that the Oleh is a human asset who has great potential and contribution to the State of Is rael in all fields of life. In the Department we have coordinators for new immigrants who speak various languages. Within the frame work of their work the coordinators provide solutions for various issues: • Provision of information about the absorp tion services, support and registration for the ulpan, registration for the educational institutes and connecting the oleh (new im migrant) to the information services in re gard to the oleh’s (new immigrant’s) rights. • Assistance in mediation and brokerage with the various institutions in the following fields: education, ulpan, culture, welfare and employment. • Development of professional partnerships with various municipal and extra-municipal entities engaged in the field of immigration absorption in Harish. Los olim (nuevos inmigrantes) tienen a su dis posición una amplia gama de servicios en cons tante desarrollo cuyo fin es ayudar tanto a ellos como a sus familias para que gocen de una adaptación al país fácil y agradable. Todo ello se basa en la visión sionista del siglo XXI y en el entendimiento de que el olé (nuevo inmigrante) constituye un capital humano con potencial y una contribución importante para el Estado de Israel en todos los aspectos de la vida. En nuestro departamento trabajan coordinado res para olim que hablan diferentes idiomas, en el marco de su trabajo, dichos coordinado res proporcionan atención y apoyo en diversos temas: • Dan información sobre los servicios de absor ción, acompañan y ayudan para inscribirse en el ulpán (centro para el aprendizaje del hebreo) y en instituciones educativas. • Ayudan como mediadores e intermediarios frente a las diferentes instituciones en los si guientes ámbitos: educación, ulpán, cultura, bienestar social y empleo. • Asisten en el desarrollo de asociaciones pro fesionales con diferentes organismos munici pales y no municipales dedicados a la absor ción de la aliá (inmigración) en Harish.
