How did you start working at EL AL? “I always loved the world of aviation and joined the airline as I was about to finish military service, 27 years ago. EL AL is much more than a workplace, for me it’s truly my second home”. What does your position entail? “I’m responsible for salary calculation and control, in accordance with reports, agreements, procedures and legal requirements. I also support employees and managers, together with a team of professional and dedicated salary referents. I consider it a privilege to make sure the people representing us in the skies get the assistance they need”. What do you most love about your job? “I love helping, listening,

providing answers and knowing that I was able to solve a problem for someone”. What part of your job do you find most challenging? “Adhering to fixed and binding schedules. Each round of salary and payroll payments requires accuracy, responsibility, and uncompromising punctuality. The key here is teamwork and cooperation, in order to ensure everything is done on time and in the best possible way”. What do you always pack with you in your suitcase ? “A good book”. Which EL AL destination do you most enjoy flying to and why ? “Athens. It’s a short flight away and it has it all: good food, shopping, great weather

and great atmosphere”. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? “I love spending time with my family, traveling, and reading”. What would you be doing now, had you not joined EL AL? “I’d probably be doing something that combines working with people and doing something meaningful”.
