A letter from the CEO

Dear Customers, The Jewish High Holidays are a wonderful opportunity to express our sincere gratitude. Thank you for the trust you place in us and for giving us the privilege of being part of your journeys and experiences. The past year has presented many challenges and a constantly changing reality. Through it all, our mission has remained clear: to continue maintaining the air bridge that connects Israel with the world. This is a true responsibility that guides us every day.

Following a busy summer during which we were delighted to fly you on vacations, reunite you with loved ones, support your business travel and be part of many meaningful journeys around the world, we continue to operate a broad and diverse flight schedule throughout the holiday season. Looking ahead, we remain committed to earning your trust by continuously improving and enhancing our service. This year, we launched EL AL Travel, enabling customers to book hotels while earning and redeeming Points through the Matmid Frequent Flyer Program. We also signed an agreement with STARLINK, which will bring high-speed internet connectivity to our aircraft beginning in 2027. In addition, we expanded our digital and self-service offerings at the terminal, further developed the EL AL app to provide real-time flight information and introduced new safety videos that will accompany you on your journey. There are many more exciting developments already underway, and we look forward to sharing them with you in the future. We continue to modernize and expand both our aircraft fleet and route network. Soon, we will launch service to exciting new destinations including Buenos Aires and Seoul, while also resuming service to San Francisco, providing you with even more options and greater flexibility when planning your travels. Behind every flight is a personal story: a meaningful family reunion, a long-awaited vacation, an important business trip or simply a safe journey home.
