With the Kids Cinderella on Ice – ballet on ice | The Israeli Opera, Tel Aviv London’s Imperial Theatre ice skating stars are back in Israel with a spectacular immersive choreography by Tony Mercer of the story of Cinderella in a new a new production based on the original fairy tale. For this spectacular ballet-on-ice production, the stage of the Tel Aviv opera will be covered by a 14-ton layer of ice, on which tens of virtuoso skater-dancers clad in sumptious costumes will perform unreal aerial acrobatics, accompanied by amazing effects and immersive music. 3-5 September, israel-opera.co.il, kupat.co.il

Exhibition The Circle | The Design Museum Holon

This new exhibition at the Design Museum Holon transforms the museum into a living, dynamic, changing environment, presenting exhibits that include a dress that grows from roots, a 3D-printed architectural pavilion made from soil, a foldable electric car, and a life-size wooden sculpture of an eight meter whale shark. Visitors are invited to come up close and personal with technological developments from the local and international design scenes expressed through materials, objects, and multi-sensory experiences. “The Circle” offers a look at the innovations in industrial design, fashion design, visual communication and architecture, as well as at those developed by climate tech start-ups and leading Israeli research and academic institutions such as the Weizmann Institute, the Technion, and Shenkar College. Selichot Concert - the Israeli Andalusian Orchestra Ashdod | Across Israel The Israeli Andalusian Orchestra Ashdod is hosting the Revivo project for a special Selichot concert that will bring together Andalusian tradition, Mediterranean music, and Israeli sounds.
