How did you start working at EL AL? “I was always fascinated by the world of aviation, so when a job opening at EL AL came up, everything came together". What does your position entail? “Preparing detailed briefings for flight crews and constructing optimal flight routes across the EL AL network while balancing maximum safety with cost efficiency. The role includes analyzing weather data, performing fuel calculations, checking takeoff and landing performance, and actively monitoring flights to ensure schedule adherence, alongside providing real-time operational support for live events”. What do you most love about your job? “The combination of teamwork and dynamism: no shift is the same, and in an instant, everything can

change and complexities can arise, and this is where teamwork is the key. What gives me the most satisfaction is working with super talented people and overcoming challenges in real time as a team”. What part of your job do you find most challenging? “Simultaneously ensuring the highest level of safety, with economic efficiency and adherence to a tight schedule for maximum passenger satisfaction and an optimal flight experience”. What do you always have in your suitcase? “A hair clipper”. Which EL AL destination do you most enjoy flying to and why? “Tbilisi, Georgia. My parents immigrated to Israel from there, so I have a very strong emotional connection to it. It has fantastic food and amazing people with the most welcoming

culture of hospitality". What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? “I’m currently studying business administration at the Rishon LeZion College of Management, and I also play tennis and padel. I have the honor of being part of the EL AL team in both sports”. What would you be doing now, had you not joined EL AL? “I’d probably be in finance and investment”.
