What are the foundation’s goals for the future? Morag: “All the funds we raise are directed toward the initiatives themselves, while the WZO covers operational costs. This ensures that every donation reaches its full destination. Our next goal is to raise two million shekels through the upcoming call for proposals, while continuing to closely monitor the implementation and long-term impact of the initiatives we support. We want every project to become a scalable engine for social change”. Razin Bet Or: “Our main goal is to significantly expand the scope of resource mobilization and strategic partnerships. We want the relationship with donors and companies to go far beyond financial support. Our vision is to build a community of true partners and ambassadors - people and organizations that take an active role in creating meaningful, measurable, and sustainable social change”. A deep strategic partnership Morag has been active within the World Zionist Organization for nearly a decade and was elected Vice Chairman at the last Zionist Congress. Much of his work focuses on supporting disadvantaged populations and strengthening social cohesion. Razin Bet Or has spent years leading systemic change through legislation, public policy, designated budgets, and international advocacy in the fields of gender equality and violence against women. The foundation’s first major step after its initial fundraising phase was to launch an open call for proposals. Out of hundreds of submissions, seven initiatives were selected, all focused on women’s empowerment, vocational rehabilitation, and support for survivors of gender-based violence.
