There’s something about the air in the north that always feels a little different – clearer, cleaner, calmer. After a challenging period, local businesses (some of them run by reservists) are excitedly awaiting the return of tourists and travelers. And it’s not just that the wine here is exceptional, or that the food is delicious – it’s the knowledge that every cup of coffee, bottle of wine, meal, workshop experience, etc., means economic growth and renewal for the whole region.
