How did you start working at EL AL? “I first joined the company as an office rep in Minsk, Belarus, even before I made Aliyah. At the time, I already felt a deep connection to Israel. EL AL became not just my workplace, but the bridge that connected my world in Belarus to the home I dreamed of making in Israel”. What does your position entail? “As a pricing analyst, I see myself as a kind of ‘architect’ of revenue management strategies. My role combines setting smart price lists, managing agreements with international companies, closely monitoring competitors, and making commercial decisions”. What do you love about your job? “That I learn something new

every day. In our department, we feel like we’re the brain of the company: always thinking, analyzing, and directing the way forward to success”. Which part of your job do you find most challenging? “The most challenging thing for me is to always have my finger on the pulse in the ever-changing world of aviation. Not to miss even a small detail and to know how to respond in a timely manner and with maximum accuracy”. What do you always pack in your suitcase? “Sports shoes”. Which EL AL destination do you most enjoy flying to and why? “My heart is drawn to many different places: magical Morocco, with its rich history, colorful markets, sweets and

herbal teas, but also elegant, classic, beautiful Austria”. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? “Taking spinning classes and cooking with my kids”. What would you be doing now, had you not joined EL AL? “I would have loved to open a little bookshop and café, a place that serves coffee, wine, pastries, etc., and spreads positive energy all around”.
