As part of EL AL’s activities during the recent Hanukkah holiday, we created an engaging collaboration with the Ramon Foundation, in memory of Ilan, Rona, and Assaf Ramon. We were delighted to partner with students from the Ramon Foundation’s Space Club program, who designed unique origami dreidels for our customers. All EL AL and Sundor passengers flying during Hanukkah enjoyed these colorful

dreidels, one of the most iconic symbols of the holiday.

Invisible wounds from war and terror can deeply affect daily life: sudden fear, intrusive memories, and avoiding situations that trigger distress. We often cannot know what someone is dealing with, so patience and a gentle “How are you - really?, or even a little smile, can change someone’s day. For over 28 years, NATAL – Israel Trauma and Resiliency Center – has supported trauma survivors through a 24/7 helpline, professional trauma-informed care, community programs, employment support, and training for organizations worldwide. As part of the national effort to raise awareness about post-trauma, EL AL is taking part in the “Purple Night” initiative, directing passengers via onboard screens to NATAL’s mental-health support services.
