How did you start working at EL AL? “I answered an ad in 2019, at a time when I felt the need to change directions, leave the world of electronics and do something that involved working with people”. What does your position entail? “I am part of a team dedicated to escorting and accompanying passengers in need of specific care and attention, such as people with disabilities, people who require the use of a special elevator to access their flight, or any other kind of assistance, but also children traveling on their own, groups, athletes, etc.”.

What do you love about your job? “I love the atmosphere, and working with people who love people and providing the best service they can to those who need it”. Which part of your job do you find most challenging? “My job requires a high level of patience, sensitivity, focus, and adherence to protocol - and more often than not, finding solutions to problems that occur as you go along. I’m also responsible for training and helping new stewards find their feet and assist them in all logistic and professional matters”. What do you always pack in your

suitcase? “A copy of the book of Zohar”. Which EL AL destination do you most enjoy flying to and why? “New York, and from there, I travel to other American cities and visit family”. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? “Spending time with family, going to the beach, doing sports activities, and traveling”. What would you be doing now, had you not joined EL AL? “I’d probably be working in Hi-Tech and the world of electronics”.
