Helen | Jerusalem Located a stone’s throw away from Jerusalem’s culinary hub, the Machane Yehuda market, “Helen” is a brand-new family owned kosher French patisserie. The Jorno family made Aliyah from France a few years back, settling in Jerusalem. They quickly opened a boulangerie, “Ma’afe Yehuda”, to great success. Their new venture, a French patisserie, offers exceptional viennoiseries, cakes, and breads, made with meticulous attention to detail. The window is chockfull of elegant tartlets, perfectly formed chouquettes, pastel-colored macarons, and more, all made with quality butter, select flours, and heaps of love and dedication.
