Seniora Bakery | Tel Aviv Shahar Senior and Ariel Zaviv, a baking duo with a passion for sourdough, started out selling their delicious wares in a tiny studio bakery. Pretty soon, people were lining up from dawn till dusk for a chance to taste their perfect loaves, and the need for a more spacious location became urgent. Their new shop, in Tel Aviv’s “Florentin” neighborhood, is a veritable palace of viennoiseries and sourdough breads. The level of technique and culinary excellence is evident in each bite, paralleled only by the attention to detail in the shop’s design and lifestyle collection, which includes shirts, top-quality artisan fermented jams, and more. Seniora Bakery isn’t just another bakery, it’s a celebration of craftsmanship and artisanal excellence in all its forms. @seniora_bakery
