How did you start working at EL AL? “I received an offer to manage a development team at EL AL and from the get-go, fell in love with the company and the world of aviation”. What does your position entail? “Together with my team of software engineers, I build complex intra organizational systems geared to serve all EL AL departments”. What do you love about your job? “I love working with my team and business partners. And I love the excitement I get looking out the window and seeing planes take

off and land – it reminds me how special this job is”. Which part of your job do you find most challenging? “The biggest challenge is to develop solutions that are not only innovative but also highly effective in enabling the EL AL customer service department to provide the best service possible”. What do you always pack in your suitcase? “An AirTag so that I always know where all my things are, especially when I’m on the move between flights and meetings”. Which EL AL destination do you most enjoy flying to and why?

“Budapest. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is magical, the weather is perfect, and the people are great, which adds to the charm”. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? “I love cooking and baking, and I also volunteer as a financial advisor”. What would you be doing now, had you not joined EL AL? “I’d probably be in the financial world. It’s very satisfying to help people plan investments and achieve financial security”.
